Richard Todd, CPA 

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Todd brings over 25 years of financial and international experience to the Senior Management Team.   As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the day to day financial & risk management functions of the Company as well as banking, auditing and all third party financial reporting relationships of the Company.

The previous 16 years were spent at a fast paced, dynamic, and growing medical device company.  The first eight years with this company were spent as Controller and the past eight he was Vice President of International Development.  During his tenure, the Company grew from $10 million to $250 million in annual revenue.  The International division sales grew from $2.5 million to almost $15 million during his eight years of leadership.  One of the highlights of this position was the opportunity to travel around the world and work with people from many diverse cultures. 

He has several years experience performing Turnaround Consulting representing various banks in Northern California after almost seven years of financial management experience for a frozen yogurt manufacturer.

Richard’s personal life is as full as his work pursuits.  He enjoys married life with his wife of five years, Jennifer.  Together they have three adult children, their spouses, and one grand daughter.  In his leisure time, he spends many hours gardening, traveling and playing golf.
